Image Licensing

The Fine Art Puzzles app makes use of images of paintings and high-resolution photos. These images are all in the public domain for the countries where this app is available, with details as described below.

Paintings

All images of paintings are in the public domain, and are sourced from Wikimedia Commons or the Google Arts Project. The public domain license allows commercial use.

In countries where copyright exceeds 70 years the app is either not available or the range of available artists is specifically limited to suit that country. For example Mexico preserves copyright for 100 years and Jamaica for 95 years.

Any online demos of the app consist only of images in the public domain for all countries.

Photos

All photos are sourced from Unsplash and are licensed for commercial use.
